Requirements

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience developing and customizing WordPress themes
Knowledge of WCAG 2+ AA accessibility standards
Proficiency in creating responsive WordPress websites
Ability to collaborate with product teams and designers on mockup implementation
Familiarity with WordPress best practices for high-quality applications

Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality, responsive WordPress websites with seamless user experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Develop theme-based WordPress pages and customize themes to meet project specifications and design requirements
Implement and maintain web accessibility standards including WCAG 2+ at level AA
Work closely with product team and designers to translate mockups into functional and aesthetically pleasing webpages
Optimize WordPress sites for performance and user engagement
Build custom WordPress themes and plugins aligned with project needs
Ensure all design elements are accurately implemented and web-optimized
