About this role

We are looking for a talented Website Developer to join our Marketing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and elevating our digital presence through high-impact website experiences. This position focuses heavily on creating conversion-driven landing pages and introducing innovative solutions that turn visitors into high-quality leads.

You will build conversion-focused landing pages, implement new layouts, and enhance UX/UI while maintaining WordPress architecture. Run A/B experiments, develop and test new ideas, optimize CTAs and page structures, and analyze user behavior to refine form flows. Manage plugins, troubleshoot issues, improve security, maintain hosting, and strengthen mobile responsiveness.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Growth, while collaborating with our Content and SEO Specialists. Provide insights on performance and collaborate to prioritize enhancements. Support the SEO Specialist by implementing technical recommendations, managing schema, optimizing site speed, and maintaining SEO-aligned site structure.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Web Development, IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Advanced WordPress training or certifications highly beneficial
  • 3–5 years in website development
  • Proven experience building high-conversion landing pages
  • Experience supporting technical SEO including implementation, speed optimization, structure, and schema
  • Strong track record in UX, CRO, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and drive for innovation
  • Close attention to detail, independence, initiative, problem-solving, high stress tolerance, optimism, and reality testing

Responsibilities

  • Design user journeys specifically aimed at driving lead generation
  • Run A/B experiments, develop and test new ideas, and optimize CTAs and page structures
  • Analyze user behavior to refine form flows and introduce concepts that boost conversions
  • Manage plugins, troubleshoot issues, improve security, and maintain hosting environments
  • Strengthen mobile responsiveness
  • Implement technical SEO recommendations, manage schema, optimize site speed, and maintain SEO-aligned site structure
  • Provide insights on performance and collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to prioritize enhancements
