This role is critical in architecting, developing, and maintaining complex WordPress sites that resonate with clients' visions. You will utilize technical expertise and creative flair to deliver top-notch web solutions that engage users and drive conversions.

You will design and implement custom WordPress themes and plugins while enhancing existing client websites for better functionality and aesthetics. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness in your front-end work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Apply best practices in coding, performance optimization, and accessibility daily.

On the back-end, work with PHP and MySQL to build dynamic functionality and deploy custom solutions tailored to client needs. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, while implementing SEO best practices and monitoring site performance. Actively participate in client meetings to gather requirements and translate needs into actionable solutions.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide ongoing support for clients. Stay updated on the latest web technologies, trends, and WordPress updates. Share insights with the team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
