We seek a Fullstack WordPress Developer to join development of our corporate website, closely interacting with the marketing team and Chief Marketing Officer. This role supports ambitious marketing department results through technical contributions. It promises engaging challenges in a supportive community.

You will develop and maintain headless WordPress architecture, optimize website performance especially mobile, and implement lazy loading with partial rendering. Tasks include improving Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores, technical SEO, and external integrations like forms, webhooks, and APIs. Ensuring security, stability, and CI/CD processes is essential.

Collaborate between technical and marketing teams, translating business tasks into solutions while participating in redesigns and UX improvements technically. After 1-2 years, initiate architectural enhancements if appropriate. Thrive in trust-based communication without activity trackers and a people-oriented culture.
