As Sr. Website Developer & Administrator within the Business Systems & Operations team, you serve as the technical backbone for Global websites focused on Help Center and Customer Support Ecosystem. You bridge the gap between Support, Product, and Marketing. Build high-impact digital assets that empower customers, improve self-service, and drive operational efficiency.

You develop customized pages, plugins, and templates with a strategic lens ensuring scalability. Own integrations between website, support tech stack, and analytics platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize backlog by ROI, optimize performance via A/B tests, manage releases with QA, and monitor metrics proactively.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to think long-term about website experiences, scalability, and the holistic customer journey
  • Strong written and verbal English skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing competing demands balancing technical feasibility with user needs
  • Solid experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JS) with deep familiarity in CSS Grid, UI layouts, and debugging tools
  • Experience working with Webflow, Figma, and Google tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customized pages, plugins, and templates ensuring scalability and alignment with global best practices
  • Own technical integration between the website, support tech stack, and analytics platforms for seamless data flow
  • Act as strategic liaison between Support Operations, UX, Marketing, and technical teams translating requirements
  • Manage high-volume backlog of requests prioritizing based on ROI, resource availability, and strategic urgency
  • Support website performance optimization and A/B testing analyzing results for UX enhancements
  • Own release management, version control, and rigorous QA processes across customer journey
  • Proactively monitor key performance metrics to identify and rectify issues before impacting customers
