WordPress Developer - Mid

Wing Assistant is on the mission of redefining the future of work for companies worldwide, aiming to be the one-stop shop for building world-class teams and automating operations. We are seeking a WordPress Developer - Full Time (Mid) to start immediately for a healthcare, mental health, and psychiatry client based in Sydney, Australia.

The primary goal is to build a professional website with self-booking capabilities and resource content, while establishing a strong online presence through social media and digital marketing. Additional objectives include marketing services to GP practices and high net worth demographics in Sydney eastern suburbs, creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with SEO optimization, and developing print materials for GP outreach.

Key tasks involve building the website with Halaxy platform integration for booking, creating front-end and back-end functionality with user experience optimization, enabling self-booking for patients, and setting up a blog/resource section for mental health content. The role requires ensuring HIPAA compliance and Australian medical advertising regulations, testing and QA of website functionality, and designing a scalable site for practice expansion.

Work schedule is 9AM - 6PM AEDT, with high/expert level English reading, writing, and speaking skills needed to communicate with high net worth clientele and medical professionals. Technical setup includes USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, computer with 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, main internet at 25 Mbps, and backup at 10 Mbps.
