During onboarding, gain full immersion into the team with planning, grooming, retrospectives, tech stack familiarization, CI/CD, infrastructure, and successful Pull Requests to production. After 3 months, solve complex problems, design architecture, create high-traffic PHP code, and collaborate with stakeholders. By 6 months, own system components, launch initiatives, ensure performance, and mentor via code reviews and pair programming.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of WordPress and PHP
Create and modify WP plugins and themes
Handle several WP sites
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Smart with hands-on mindset and great energy
Proficiency in solving complex problems
Experience with high-traffic production-grade PHP code
Familiarity with WordPress multisite management and customization

Responsibilities

Participate in team planning, grooming, and retrospectives
Familiarize with tech stack, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure
Merge multiple successful Pull Requests to production
Solve complex problems and take charge of architecture design and implementation
Create production-grade PHP code handling high levels of traffic
Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize product development
Assume responsibilities for various system components and analyze user interactions
Mentor team members through code reviews, architecture sessions, and pair programming
