Requirements
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience creating and maintaining responsive WordPress websites
- Proficiency in developing and customizing WordPress themes
- Knowledge of WCAG 2+ level AA accessibility standards
- Ability to collaborate with product teams and designers on mockup implementation
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality, responsive WordPress websites with seamless user experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Develop theme-based WordPress pages, building and customizing themes to meet project specifications and design requirements
- Implement and maintain web accessibility standards (WCAG 2+ at level AA) for diverse users including those with disabilities
- Work closely with the product team and designers to translate mockups into functional and aesthetically pleasing webpages
- Optimize websites for performance and ensure design elements are accurately implemented
