As a senior member of our support team, you will handle complex technical inquiries, provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, and assist team members with advanced troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support via chat, phone, and ticket systems
- Assist customers with WordPress optimization and associated products
- Investigate, document, and escalate product bugs to development teams
- Create and maintain internal and external product documentation
- Lead subject matter sessions and provide mentoring to teammates
- Install, manage, and troubleshoot software related to our products
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve complex issues
- Provide strategic advice to help users optimize their platforms
Experience Requirements
2+ years IT support experience, help desk/call center environment experience
