Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch, write clean code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and React if needed, and implement advanced plugins. Ensure performance optimization, SEO best practices, and security standards throughout projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and project managers to translate client requirements into high-performance sites. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and manage end-to-end development from planning to post-launch support. Troubleshoot complex issues to maintain seamless website functionality.

Requirements

Expert level proficiency in WordPress, including deep knowledge of core system, themes, plugins, and custom development
Extensive experience converting Figma designs to fully functional WordPress sites with pixel-perfect accuracy
Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP for front-end and back-end development
Experience with WordPress theme development and plugin customization
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
Experience with performance optimization including page speed, caching, image optimization and SEO best practices
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
