We seek an experienced WordPress E-commerce Developer to share practical knowledge with students.

The role focuses on teaching the creation of fully functional online stores from scratch using WordPress and WooCommerce. Mentors conduct online and physical workshops structured with theory, practical examples, and exercises. Key topics include plugin and theme configuration, payment system integration, responsive design, UI/UX principles, and site optimization.

Join a team of practitioner experts with experience from leading global brands, products, and organizations. Collaborate closely to ensure high course quality and modern approaches. Work in a friendly environment that supports independent operations and multidisciplinary education breaking down discipline barriers.

Guide students through practical assignments and real projects to build functional online stores and portfolios. Promote professional growth, technical skills, and progressive thinking. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience with WordPress and E-commerce platforms
  • Portfolio of real WordPress E-commerce projects
  • Experience teaching students or teams preferred
  • Interest in teaching and ability to motivate and inspire students
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills (Georgian language)
  • Ability to work with different types of audiences

Responsibilities

  • Share experience and knowledge with students
  • Conduct online and/or physical workshops following structured syllabus combining theory, practical examples, and exercises
  • Teach online store creation from scratch, including product pages, cart, payment systems, and customer panel management
  • Cover responsive design, UI/UX principles, and site optimization
  • Review practical assignments and real projects for students to create functional online stores and portfolios
  • Promote students' professional growth and technical skills
  • Collaborate closely with academy team to ensure course quality and modern approaches
