This small but ambitious organization is on a rapid expansion trajectory, having recently undergone a complete rebranding. They seek a talented WordPress Developer and Analyst to elevate their digital presence and support exciting growth initiatives.
Analyze and improve website performance through KPIs related to traffic, conversions, and technical elements. Manage the backend using WordPress, CSS, and databases with solid understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, plugins, and modules. Provide recommendations for enhancements from technical and content perspectives.
Communicate clearly and effectively with the management team on website technical and content-related matters. Ensure user-friendly frontend design (UX/UI) to improve user engagement. Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics 4) and SEO performance (SEMrush) while working with senior U.S. business professionals.
Increase website traffic through organic and paid channels. Improve user engagement and conversions like lead forms, appointments, and brochure requests. Contribute to innovation and pushing boundaries in the industrial sector during rapid expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in WordPress development, including both front-end and back-end
- Strong skills in Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM
- Experience in website backend and frontend management
- Knowledge of WordPress and relevant tools for enhancing website functionality
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with senior business professionals in the U.S.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
