Handle front-end creation with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus back-end setup with PHP and databases.

Manage content organization, implement security best practices, and optimize performance for faster load times. Apply SEO principles and configure analytics tools to track user behavior. Debug technical issues and integrate third-party APIs or custom plugins as needed.
