About this role

We are looking for a talented and motivated WordPress Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in WordPress development, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating seamless, user-friendly websites.

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes while converting design mockups into fully functional sites. Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites work on all devices. Optimize website performance for fast load times and smooth user experiences.

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including plugin conflicts and bugs. Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects on time. Ensure websites follow best practices for SEO, security, and accessibility.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development. Leverage proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Apply knowledge of SEO, optimization, and PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in WordPress development
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques
Basic understanding of PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter / Laravel
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
