We're hunting for a technically solid and design-aware WordPress Developer to own internal and marketing websites.

You'll maintain, optimise, and expand core WordPress infrastructure including the main OMG website, microsites, landing pages, and blog content systems. Build high-performance, brand-aligned web experiences with custom theme and plugin development. Integrate with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.

This internal-facing role involves close collaboration with marketing, design, and SEO teams. Scope and deliver new functionality focused on actionable results. Thrive on a growth mindset and commitment to exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

3 to 5+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience
Strong WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery skills
Design responsiveness expert
Caching methods such as LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, Cloudflare
Gravity Forms, Yoast, common WP plugins
Familiar with hosting environments and cPanels
Experience building custom themes and plugins (not just modifying existing ones)
Proficiency with ACF, Gutenberg, WP CLI, and other key WP tools

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance WordPress-based websites including main corporate site and internal microsites
Build new templates, pages, and content types using custom themes and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
Develop and maintain plugins and integrations with third-party services like HubSpot, SendGrid, CRM tools, and analytics
Ensure all pages meet modern SEO, accessibility, and performance standards
Manage site updates, backups, staging environments, and deployment processes
Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and design teams to scope and deliver new functionality
Monitor site health, speed, uptime, and security
Implement and test responsive design across multiple browsers and devices
