Senior WordPress Developer - Remote

This is a remote position for a highly skilled developer experienced in building websites using the WordPress framework. Candidates should handle standard and custom theme development, plugin selection and development, security, performance, mobile-first design, and custom integrations. Expertise in an agency production environment is essential.

Daily work involves expert-level WordPress core and theme/plugin development using JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP, HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS. Integrate 3rd party services via REST or webhooks for payment gateways, shipping, fulfillment, and tax platforms. Build e-commerce sites on WooCommerce and use page builders like Gutenberg, Elementor, or WP Bakery.

Must work EDT business hours from 8am to 5pm New York time and collaborate remotely with the team. Be dedicated, passionate, hard-working, and a self-starter in an agency setting. Experience with large complex enterprise sites and custom API integrations is required.
