Requirements

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Proficiency in creating and customizing WordPress themes
Knowledge of WCAG 2+ AA accessibility standards
Experience translating design mockups into functional webpages
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
Familiarity with WordPress core functions and best practices
Ability to collaborate with product teams and designers

Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality, responsive WordPress websites with seamless user experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Develop theme-based WordPress pages and customize themes to meet project specifications and design requirements
Implement and maintain web accessibility standards including WCAG 2+ at level AA
Work closely with the product team and designers to translate mockups into functional and aesthetically pleasing webpages
Optimize WordPress sites for performance and responsiveness
Troubleshoot and debug WordPress themes and plugins
Integrate custom functionalities into WordPress sites
