We're looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who is highly skilled in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress sites. You'll convert Figma designs to fully responsive WordPress websites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and a flawless user experience across devices. Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch and fine-tune them to meet specific project requirements. Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and React if necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and project managers to translate client requirements into robust, high-performance WordPress sites. Implement advanced WordPress plugins and custom solutions to extend site functionality. Ensure top-tier performance optimization, SEO best practices, and security standards across all projects.

Conduct code reviews, offer mentorship to junior team members, and troubleshoot complex issues for seamless website function. Manage the end-to-end development process from initial planning and design to deployment and post-launch support. Thrive in an environment where quality and innovation are top priorities.

Requirements

Expert level proficiency in WordPress, including deep knowledge of the core system, themes, plugins, and custom development
Extensive experience in converting Figma designs to fully functional WordPress sites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy
Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP for front-end and back-end handling
Experience with WordPress theme development and plugin customization
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
Experience with performance optimization including page speed, caching, image optimization, and SEO best practices
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
