Design and implement new features and functionality for WordPress websites daily. Establish and guide the website’s architecture to ensure high performance and responsiveness. Manage all technical aspects of the CMS while conducting performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with the design team to integrate designs and functionality smoothly. Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A detail-oriented mindset supports effective communication across the group.

Requirements

Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a WordPress developer
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong experience with WordPress development and customization
Familiarity with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery)
Experience with responsive design principles and web development frameworks
Knowledge of website optimization techniques and SEO best practices
Understanding of version control systems, specifically Git
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
