About this role
Procurify is the leading AI-powered procurement, accounts payable (AP), expense, and payment platform designed for mid-market organizations. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Senior WordPress Developer to join us. You will lead the strategy, development and management of the Procurify website.
The ideal candidate has the vision, passion and technical experience to build flexible, scalable and extensible websites that deliver exceptional visitor experiences. Be buyer-focused, code-savvy and conversion-minded, using data to understand visitor behavior and analyze conversion effectiveness. Continuously improve and optimize website performance.
Choose the right technology, hosting environment and development workflow to support our agile and fast-paced business. Support and enable the content team to quickly create, publish and update website pages. Develop and release new features that keep our website ahead of the market.
Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, the marketing team and cross-functional teams. Understand business goals and objectives to build a world-class website. Produce high-quality sales leads and support exponential revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of bespoke B2B WordPress website development experience
- Expert in building custom WordPress themes from scratch (no page builders)
- Custom WordPress plugin development
- Extensive experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Pro
- Strong understanding of PHP, WordPress hooks, and filters
- Proficient with custom post types, taxonomies, and structured content development
- Strong knowledge of WordPress security best practices
- Expertise in technical SEO (structured data, schema markup, site architecture)
