Requirements
- Take ownership of your work without needing micro-management

Responsibilities
- Architect scalable WordPress applications for production
- Ship production-ready WordPress software with high autonomy
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
- Optimize WordPress sites for performance and scalability
- Integrate WordPress with external APIs and services
- Maintain and refactor WordPress codebases for long-term health
- Collaborate asynchronously on international client projects
