We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to build, optimize, and scale high-performing websites. This role blends strong WordPress development expertise with deep SEO knowledge. It ensures digital presence is fast, secure, user-friendly, and search-engine optimized.

The ideal candidate understands both code and content, translating business goals into technical solutions. They continuously improve website performance, rankings, and conversions. Day-to-day involves developing responsive sites and implementing SEO best practices.

Key tasks include customizing WordPress themes and plugins, optimizing speed and security, and integrating third-party tools. SEO work covers keyword research, audits, and Core Web Vitals improvements. Monitoring happens via Google Analytics and Search Console.

Collaboration occurs with content and marketing teams to optimize blogs and campaigns. Independent management of multiple projects is essential. The role supports troubleshooting, migrations, and staying updated on trends.

Focus on analytics drives identification of growth opportunities. Recommendations implement best practices for organic growth. Continuous tracking of metrics ensures long-term improvements in engagement and conversions.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience as a WordPress Developer and/or SEO Specialist
Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
Hands-on experience with custom themes, plugins, and page builders
Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Knowledge of website performance optimization, caching, CDN, and security
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site architecture
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities
