You will design and build responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites while developing custom themes and plugins. Manage front-end and back-end development, ensuring high performance and availability of the CMS. Collaborate with design and content teams to bring concepts to life and implement SEO best practices.
Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance updates as needed. Stay up-to-date with web development trends and provide technical support to clients and staff. Work in US hours for 20-40 hours per week with an exceptionally supportive team.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
- Knowledge of MySQL database management
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong understanding of website performance, security, and optimization techniques
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature, Working Webcam, Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, Main Internet at least 25 Mbps, Backup at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites
