About this role

Mushpeak is the driving force behind several successful WooCommerce websites specializing in supplement sales, including mushpeak.eu. The company has experienced steady growth over the past few years and continues to expand. They seek a dedicated developer for their friendly, rewarding environment.

You will fine-tune typography, colour schemes, and spacing for consistent visual appeal across sites. Develop WooCommerce templates from scratch as child themes, ensuring responsiveness on all devices. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and multi-screen illustrations to guide enhancements.

The team features two Dutch owners available 16 hours a day for communication, customer support staff in the Philippines, and various partners. Collaboration occurs closely with design and content teams remotely. Independence is valued in this proactive role addressing design and technical issues.

Onboarding includes a 2-3 day training period with the back-end developer and owners to learn projects and workflows. The position starts part-time with a likely shift to full-time, and extra hours are fairly compensated. Flexible hours run from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Dutch time, with occasional weekend availability for updates.
