About this role

This role leads digital design execution for the Cosmetics category within the C&H Design Team, owning website design, eCommerce content development, and digital campaign asset creation. It ensures strong brand consistency and efficient digital operations across both online and physical consumer touchpoints.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and optimizing responsive brand websites, creating eCommerce Product Detail Pages aligned with brand and marketing strategies, and developing campaign landing pages and promotional content. The role also generates creative assets for social media, digital advertising, and email marketing, including AI-assisted visual content.

This Web Designer collaborates closely with development and marketing teams to improve website performance and user engagement, while also supporting packaging graphic development and brand communication materials. The position contributes to cross-functional design projects that strengthen brand identity across digital and physical channels.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening the brand's digital presence, improving content production efficiency, and supporting product launches. It contributes to the long-term growth of the business through integrated design solutions that maintain a consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in web design, digital design, graphic design, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and digital consumer experience
  • Experience designing eCommerce content, especially PDPs, campaign pages, and digital marketing assets
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or similar design tools
  • Experience developing digital marketing assets including social media content, banners, and paid advertising creatives
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Midjourney, Generative AI tools, etc.) is a plus
  • Understanding of packaging graphics, brand identity systems, and integrated brand communication is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and optimize responsive brand websites to ensure a seamless user experience across devices
  • Create and manage eCommerce Product Detail Pages (PDPs) aligned with brand and marketing strategies
  • Develop campaign landing pages, promotional pages, and web-based content
  • Collaborate with development and marketing teams to improve website performance and user engagement
  • Develop creative assets for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
  • Generate AI-assisted visual content and concept imagery aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives
  • Support packaging graphic development for new product launches and line extensions as needed
  • Assist in creating brand communication materials, point-of-sale displays, and other print-related assets
