We’re looking for a Growth Web Designer to bring our marketing campaigns, landing pages, and digital experiences to life. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll design, build, and launch conversion-focused pages and campaign assets that support WHC’s growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly from brief to concept to production. You’ll work directly in WordPress, use design and AI tools to explore ideas and accelerate execution, and iterate based on performance, testing, and feedback.

Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in web design, digital design, graphic design, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web design, landing pages, digital campaigns, and conversion-focused creative work.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Hands-on experience designing and building pages in WordPress.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with basic JavaScript knowledge considered an asset.
- Understanding of responsive design, UX fundamentals, accessibility, and web performance basics.
- A performance mindset: you care about what converts, not just what looks good.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-performing creative assets for landing pages, campaigns, paid ads, social media, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
- Build and launch responsive, accessible landing pages in WordPress using tools such as Gutenberg, Elementor, or similar builders.
- Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools such as Claude to develop concepts, variations, and production-ready creative efficiently.
- Apply HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to customize layouts, resolve minor front-end issues, and bring designs to life.
- Improve layouts, visuals, and page structure to support clarity, usability, speed, and conversion.
- Create reusable templates, components, and design assets that increase campaign execution speed.
- Maintain and evolve WHC’s visual identity across digital marketing channels.
- Partner with Marketing, Content, Product, and Development teams to launch campaigns quickly and iterate based on results.
