Requirements

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience creating and maintaining WordPress websites
Proficiency in developing and customizing WordPress themes
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2+ AA)
Ability to translate design mockups into functional webpages
Familiarity with responsive design principles
Understanding of WordPress core functions and best practices

Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality, responsive WordPress websites with seamless user experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Develop theme-based WordPress pages and customize themes to meet project specifications and design requirements
Implement and maintain web accessibility standards (WCAG 2+ at level AA) for diverse users including those with disabilities
Work closely with product team and designers to translate mockups into functional and aesthetically pleasing webpages
Optimize WordPress sites for performance and responsiveness
Debug and troubleshoot WordPress themes and plugins
Deploy and update WordPress sites to production environments
