Develop and maintain WordPress sites including custom themes and designs. Resolve technical bugs, migrate sites, and optimize performance. Improve loading speed on desktop and mobile using Google Lighthouse metrics.

Work hand in hand with the marketing team, interpreting and executing technical requirements effectively. Actively participate in development quality assurance and maintain high standards of accuracy and detail. Create and troubleshoot email templates in HubSpot.

Requirements

Senior WordPress development experience, especially in custom sites
Proficient in Google Lighthouse, quality assurance, WCAG, and WordPress development
Strong knowledge of web performance optimization (Google Lighthouse)
Attention to detail and strong focus on quality assurance (QA)
Previous experience with HubSpot, primarily in email template development and proofreading
Knowledge of or interest in applying web accessibility best practices
English - Native or fully fluent
