Design and implement WordPress themes and plugins from scratch while developing responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Optimize installations for speed, scalability, and performance. Manage API integrations with CRM systems, payment gateways, and marketing tools, plus create custom RESTful APIs.

Utilize AI technologies to enhance site functionality and user experience, and develop custom automation scripts to streamline processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and design scalable architectures. Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers using Git for code management and reviews.

Mentor junior developers, perform debugging and testing to ensure quality and accessibility. Stay up-to-date with trends in web development, WordPress, AI, and best practices. Grow with us making high-impact decisions in a visionary team disrupting the industry.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on WordPress
Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL
Strong experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin development
Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST and SOAP)
Familiarity with AI and automation tools and frameworks
Experience with version control systems, especially Git
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
