At Superside, we are building a small, curated network of freelance UX/UI Designers to support creative teams during peak workloads. This is an opportunity to join a vetted pool of trusted partners for long-term creative work with global brands on enterprise-level projects.

Designers create thoughtful, scalable digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and design systems. The role involves translating business goals and user needs into clear UX and polished UI solutions while applying and extending design systems for consistency.

You will collaborate with strategists, creatives, developers, and project teams across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment. The focus remains on responsive experiences optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance with direct feedback loops.

Requirements

Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design across multiple formats.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and navigable prototyping.
Experience working with complex design systems in Figma.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong UI design sensibility with experience designing product or SaaS interfaces.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

Design user-focused digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and mobile experiences.
Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive UX and polished UI solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Apply and extend design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products and campaigns.
Collaborate with strategists, creatives, developers, and project teams across multiple time zones.
Design responsive experiences optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance.
Contribute to UX audits, user journey improvements, and conversion-focused design recommendations.
Present design decisions clearly and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and customers.
