xfive is a digital consultancy with 20+ years of experience helping companies shape and scale their digital products. We work across design, engineering, and AI with partners ranging from publishers and manufacturers to NGOs and product-led startups. Most clients stay for years because we show up as advisors, not vendors.

As a Product/UX/UI Designer you will lead design across multiple client projects from discovery through delivery. You will join meetings, run discovery sessions, create prototypes to validate ideas quickly, and collaborate with engineers to ensure designs translate well into the build.

You can expect to work remotely from wherever suits you with flexible hours and team overlap around 10:00–16:00 CET. Projects span publishing, manufacturing, startups, and more with partners from the US, UK, and Australia, giving you real ownership from strategy through execution.

We share where the company is headed and what is working or not. You will receive feedback and collaboration from a supportive team while gaining room to grow with new tools, methods, and territory.

Requirements

3+ years of commercial experience in product or UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows it
Proficiency in Figma
Comfortable with direct client contact and independent communication in meetings
Strong English skills (B2+/C1)
Able to work autonomously and manage your own workload
Availability of 20 hours/week with overlap between 10:00–16:00 CET
Comfortable in Jira or similar project management tools

Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design across multiple client projects from discovery through delivery
Join client meetings, run or support discovery sessions, and represent your design decisions confidently
Create prototypes to validate and communicate ideas quickly
Collaborate with engineers and strategists to make sure the design translates well into the build
Take ownership of your work; move it forward without waiting to be directed
