Remote · Part-time · A$45,000 – A$65,000

About this role

We are seeking a practical, resourceful, and technically skilled Full Stack WordPress Web Developer to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for a self-starter who can take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision. You'll build responsive, secure, and SEO-optimized WordPress websites using modern front-end best practices.

Expect to handle end-to-end development including custom themes and plugins, front-end practices with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind. Conduct basic graphic design and UI work using tools like Figma or Adobe XD as needed. Ensure performance, mobile optimization, security, and SEO across sites.

This position suits someone confident working independently across multiple projects, jumping between development, basic design, hosting, and SEO. Manage hosting environments like cPanel, file manager, and backups. Implement basic integrations for forms, CRM tools, and analytics.

Join a remote team with a flexible schedule during client business hours in Sydney Time, averaging 20 hours weekly. Take initiative and ownership from brief to live launch with minimal handholding. Thrive in a growing environment handling several site builds at once.

  • Take initiative and ownership from brief to live launch with minimal handholding
