As a Full Stack WordPress Developer, you will maintain and optimize our corporate website and campaign-based sites on a freelance basis.

You will develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins while integrating third-party APIs like Salesforce, Lever, and analytics tools. Troubleshoot issues with Security, IT, and Infrastructure teams on security protocols, database management, and scalability. Conduct testing, ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and optimize site speed, performance, and SEO.

Work closely with IT and Marketing teams, designers, and content creators for cohesive user experiences during standard Pacific Time Zone hours. Collaborate across five countries and three continents with a global customer base. Unite with teams committed to problem-solving and revolutionizing online interactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in WordPress development
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with website deployment and hosting processes
  • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
  • Experience with Git and version control systems
  • Experience with security tools such as VeraCode
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain WordPress websites and applications
  • Work closely with designers and content creators to ensure a cohesive user experience
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services with WordPress (e.g. Salesforce, Lever, Analytics tools)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress issues by working with Security, IT and Infrastructure teams
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of WordPress sites
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins
  • Perform website optimization including site speed, performance, and SEO
