About this role

The UX/UI Designer leads digital product design for web and mobile from initial conceptualization through final delivery. This position focuses on turning complex requirements into intuitive, functional interfaces that meet user and business needs. The role requires strong visual and interaction design skills applied across multiple product initiatives.

Daily work includes creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components. The designer maintains scalable style guides and design systems while evaluating usability through testing, heuristic analysis, and behavioral data. Continuous improvements are proposed based on these insights and research findings.

Collaboration happens across product, development, and stakeholder groups in agile, multidisciplinary settings. The designer facilitates ideation, co-creation, and validation sessions with users and internal teams. Design proposals are presented clearly to both business and technical audiences with supporting rationale.

Mentorship is provided to junior and mid-level designers when needed. The position supports ongoing skill development through access to training resources and participation in local technology events. Design decisions are grounded in usability principles, accessibility standards, and information architecture best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in user experience and interface design for digital products.
Solid portfolio with real digital product projects demonstrating strategic thinking and user-centered design evolution.
Advanced mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, and other design and prototyping tools.
Deep knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, visual design, and information architecture.
Experience collaborating in agile and multidisciplinary environments.
Exceptional communication skills with ability to justify design decisions using data and business objectives.
Professional training in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

Facilitate ideation, co-creation, and design validation sessions with users and internal teams.
Present design proposals effectively to business stakeholders and technical teams.
Mentor junior and mid-level design profiles as needed.
