About this role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will lead user research and design workshops to gather insights, conceptualize personas, and identify pain points. You will integrate findings into design decisions during the MVP phase, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Your day-to-day includes conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover user needs. You will create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, maintain design systems, and ensure visual consistency across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.

You will collaborate with Digital Lab, GT, and Projects Teams following agile principles, participating in scrum ceremonies. Coordinate with UI developers and product owners to deliver functional, user-friendly interfaces that solve real problems.

Requirements

  • Experience in all stages of the user-centric design process.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and collect feedback for iteration.
  • High communication skills to interact and work with groups and end-users.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.
  • Applied experience with Agile sprints and Scrum rituals.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in using user-centric approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user research to gather insights and user needs through interviews, surveys, and analysis.
  • Communicate insights and user needs to other departments and teams.
  • Lead and participate in design workshops to conceptualize personas, journey maps, and identify pain points.
  • Produce all required material and documentation to animate and share workshop outputs with stakeholders.
  • Integrate findings from user research and design workshops into design decisions during the MVP phase.
  • Support product team and business analysts to turn user needs into user stories for product backlog.
  • Coordinate with UI developer and product owner to deliver functional and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Design visually engaging interfaces including buttons, layouts, icons; create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
