About this role

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for the graphic creation and design of consumer interaction and their online experience. Core responsibilities involve satisfying brand requirements and creating UI/UX prototypes that meet consumer aesthetic taste and optimize sales conversion.

Day-to-day work includes collaborating with the product manager to implement innovative solutions for product, visual, and experience management. The designer actively participates in all visual design stages from concept to release, creating user-friendly interfaces while maintaining brand identity.

The role involves creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and concept maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. The designer presents and promotes projects and milestones to the team and executive-level stakeholders.

This position offers opportunities to conduct user research, collect feedback, and define guidelines and best practices. The designer promotes role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows
  • Experience with user research methods and evaluating user feedback
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and consumer aesthetic preferences
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of visual design principles and user-centered design processes
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX projects for e-commerce or fashion brands

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product manager and implement innovative solutions for product, visual and experience management
  • Actively participate in all phases of visual design stages from concept to release of new site versions
  • Create and design user-friendly interfaces while maintaining brand identity and improving consumer online experience
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and concept maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Present and promote projects and milestones for the team and executive-level stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis and user research, collect and evaluate user feedback
  • Define and promote guidelines, best practices and standards in the design field
