About this role

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of various digital assets. He ensures that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems.

As a self-starter, the designer proactively provides effective content driven presentations even with limited input from stakeholders. He gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with product owners and SMEs to strategically create engaging user journeys for end users.

The role involves illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps while designing mockups and user journeys for a wide range of devices including mobile. He adopts and updates specific style guides covering digital principles, colour, typography, imagery, iconography and data visualisation.

He stays up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. The position requires aligning with business partners such as digital project owners and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with management and strategy consulting a plus

Responsibilities
