About this role

The UX Designer role focuses on creative problem-solving to craft experiences that engage users and bring brands to life. This position may incorporate elements of product, UI, and visual design while working on projects from initial concept through to completion.

Designers participate in user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities. They create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma while ensuring consistency with UX best practices and established design guidelines throughout each project.

Collaboration occurs daily with strategy, design, product, engineering, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions. Close coordination with developers and UI designers supports smooth implementation of the final experience vision.

Design concepts are presented to stakeholders with clear communication of ideas and decisions. Feedback is incorporated effectively to refine solutions that meet both business goals and user needs from start to finished product.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in UX design for web and/or mobile applications
Good understanding of user-centered design principles and the UX design process
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration
Ability to conduct and contribute to user research activities
Strong communication and documentation skills
A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
A portfolio that demonstrates your UX thinking and ability to solve real-world problems

Responsibilities
