About this role
The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of high-quality marketing content across digital and print platforms. This role requires advanced proficiency in WordPress content management, print marketing material development, and professional video editing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with organizational objectives and supports brand consistency.
Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress, including content updates, page design, and SEO best practices. Build and optimize email newsletters and campaign templates while creating responsive web and layout designs. Use analytics to measure performance and guide design improvements.
Develop, design, and produce marketing collateral like brochures, sales sheets, and presentations to support business development and branding. Create, edit, and finalize video content for digital channels, events, and internal communications. Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate strategic initiatives into compelling content.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Web design, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with WordPress site management and content publishing
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
- Strong background in graphic design and development of print-ready materials (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
